Bob's Blah Blog:
We've been going for walks most days. If not walking, sleeping. Watching the boats float by on the river, fish jumping and cars and motorcycles cruising down the highway.
We finally got the computer hooked up to the internet on Sunday at the Sacramento airport. We don't get good reception here on the Delta. Funny how reading the directions helps in getting something to work. I'm a directions-reading kind of guy. Someone else isn't.
Picked up nephews Kevin and Kyle at the Sacramento airport. They flew in for some kind of "torture camp" in Sonoma. Their mom says they will have fun. We took them for lunch at El Coyote Junction and gave them a quick tour of Old Sacramento. They saw sights they never thought they would see in their lifetime, or at least thats what I told 'em. We went by the state capitol building and thought we saw Governor Arnold but it was just a big tree stump. I told the boys "we'll be back" just like Arnold would say it. They got to meet Aunt Marion and get their first look at life on the Delta. All is swell.
